Its a true original based on my favourite winter tipple! An amazingly light sponge packed with fruit. It has the soft, aromatic aroma and taste of mulled gin and Christmas spices, such as cinnamon , ginger and cloves.
Not only that, it’s also palm oil free, and wrapped in plastic free, compostable film, and beautifully presented in gold printed packaging.
A great option for those customers who love gin, have dietary restriction, are vegan or simply love Christmas pudding.

Storage is ambient, and shelf life approx. 24 months. Can be steamed or reheated in the microwave in just a couple of minutes, and pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream, or crème anglaise or traditional custard.
Ingredients: Sultanas (35%) (sultanas, sunflower oil), demerara unrefined sugar, gluten free crumbs (rice flour, water, dextrose monohydrate, vegetable fibre ( e471), cider (sulphur dioxide), mixed peel (orange peel, lemon peel, corn syrup, salt, citric acid (sulphur dioxide)), gluten free flour blend (rice, tapioca and potato, thickener: xanthan gum), mulled gin (min 8%, gin, natural spices), molasses, corn syrup (sulphur dioxide) vegetable glycerine, natural mixed spices, food colouring (e150) salt, citric acid (potassium sorbate, lemon flavouring).
