Unicorn Reusable Velcro Sandwich Wrap
Unicorn Print Reusable Food Wrap - made in the UK
Ideal for wrapping lunch items, child friendly option with no tricky clasps! Lightweight and resealable with simple Velcro strips. Replaces harmful cling film and single use sandwich bags. Handy name tag for school lunches!
These Reusable Food Wraps are a great way to cut back on single-use plastic while setting a good example for the younger generation! And what's best is they're made in the UK, with the manufacture predominantly done by the inmates at Kilmarnock Prison, Scotland. The inmates learn a skill that hopefully helps with their rehabilitation and could lead to job opportunities in the future.
- The RE-WRAP-IT Sandwich Wrappers are a zero waste reusable sandwich wrapper, as seen on the BBC's The Customer is Always Right, The Guardian and The Times. The sewing is done by the Inmates at Kilmarnock Prison. They learn a skill, gain a qualification and get paid for their work whilst we get them made 30 minutes away.
- The Wrapper not only keeps your sandwich or food fresh inside, but it also unfolds into a plate. Ideal for keeping your desk clean. No more worrying about toddlers eating food from the floor or dirty picnic tables.
- School packed lunches are traditionally wrapped up in cling film, tin foil or plastic bags. This ends up in land fill sites – what could be better than a Reusable Sandwich Wrapper.
- No more wrapping up sandwiches or snacks then throwing the packaging away. The Wrapper can be used day after day with just a wipe down of the LDPE food side and an occasional rinse in the sink to get rid of any spill marks on the outside (machine washable too on a cool wash) – all sealed up with a Velcro strip to keep it fresh…..INGENIOUS!!!!
How big are they?
Flat: 46cm x 36cm Folded: 16cm x 17cm
The size is based on wrapping round either a 2 slice sandwich or 2 x 2 slice sandwich. The velcro strip means it is flexible in size so it can also fit round 1 roll, 2 rolls, thins, panini, or a platter of toddler food such as finger sandwiches, grapes, carrot batons, cheese cubes, etc.
