Granoro Gluten Free Italian Spaghetti - 400g
Excellent quality gluten-free pasta made with quinoa flour.
Granoro’s been making pasta in southern Italy for more than 50 years, and their new gluten-free pasta lives up that long tradition. Made from rice corn, and quinoa, it not only looks and tastes like traditional durum wheat pastas, but it holds its shape after cooking, too. Bronze extrusion dies and slow drying give it a rough texture, so sauces cling to the pasta.
Cooks in 10 minutes. Use about 2 litres of water for every 100g of pasta. Bring water to full boiling point. Add salt and put pasta in. Cook uncovered for the 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Maintain full boil to ensure proper cooking. Drain the pasta, do not rinse, add sauce straight away and enjoy your dish.
Ingredients: Corn flour, rice flour, quinoa flour 3%, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
