Our sauerkraut is expertly crafted using the highest quality, natural ingredients and NO artificial preservatives. We ferment our fresh cabbage, fennel and apple with a pinch of sea salt and a sprinkling of herbs and seasonings. Always raw and alive with friendly good bacteria.
