What To Do If I Have an Allergy
If you have any form of allergy, intolerance or dietary condition or are shopping on behalf of a person who has, please speak with a member of staff directly.
Please note, due to the seasonal nature of our fruit and vegetable boxes and soup bags, both may be subject to last minute changes and may be unsuitable for those with allergies. Please speak to a member of staff for more information prior to ordering.
What if I Am Ordering Online?
Please notify of us of any allergens and intolerances at checkout. Please do not order unpackaged food items, we do not advise these are suitable for those with allergies. Due to the unpackaged nature of our goods, we cannot guarantee cross contamination has not occurred.

While every care is taken when filling containers to minimise cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination has not occurred.
This is due to the unpacked nature of our goods, customer self-service and nature of dispensed foods.
It is simply not possible to guarantee that there is no cross-contamination between our products. We therefore recommend that our products and shop are not suitable to people with food allergies or severe intolerances.
Allergens are highlighted in UNDERLINED BOLD CAPITALS on our dispensers and jars and a full list of products, producers, countries of origins, allergens and traces is available on request.
It is not possible to ensure that there is no cross-contamination between these allergen-containing foods and other foods due to the nature of dispensing unpackaged goods. For further advice or information about specific products please ask a member of staff.
