Store Collection

Collection is from our Weymouth store only (29 St Thomas Street, DT4 8EJ). You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Please collect within 7 days — uncollected orders will be cancelled and a £3.95 handling fee deducted from your refund. Uncollected food orders are non-refundable.

Once your order has been ordered and despatched by our team, please follow the emailed instruction and track your order using the information provided by the courier.

If you have not received your parcel, not received tracking information or your tracking is indicating no movement for 48 hours, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience during busy periods. If we experience courier delays or courier issues, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier service.

We offer a range of shipping options and speeds to ensure your deliveries arrive when you need them. We use Royal Mail / Evri / DPD for all UK courier and delivery services.

  • UK Standard 3-5 Working Days (Royal Mail 48) — £4.50
  • UK Heavy Shipping (+10kg) — £9.95
  • EXPRESS 1-2 Working Days — £7.95(Excludes Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands)

Orders placed Monday to Thursday by 1pm will be despatched the same day where possible. If your order is placed after the daily cut off time, your order will be prioritised to the next available delivery slot. If you need your parcel sooner or within a specific time frame please contact us at hello@southwestcoast.co.uk

Local Delivery — Weymouth + Portland

LOCAL DELIVERY — £15 minimum order — £2.95. We offer Local Delivery across DT3, DT4 and DT5 postcodes. Our delivery day is Thursday, between 6:30pm–8:30pm. DT5 is fortnightly — please enquire by emailing hello@southwestcoast.co.uk. All orders for Thursday delivery must be received no later than 7pm Wednesday. Orders placed after cut-off will be delivered the following Thursday.
