Critically acclaimed it was deemed “too hot” for general supermarket shelf, this fantastic hot sauce made from 70% reaper chillis is sure to knock your socks off.
The Carolina Reaper is a record holder for being the hottest chilli in the world, and the bottle is actually 70% chilli so this sauce gets down to business. The chillies go through a 9 month fermentation process to really add depth and enhance the fruity, chocolate notes. The whiskey barrels add a hint of smoky malt to the chillies before they combine with just a handful of simple ingredients to create fire in a bottle!
As you may imagine, Smoked Carolina 70 is insanely hot. If you can handle the extreme heat, this is a great sauce for you!

Ingredients:
Fresh Chillies 70%, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Fresh Onion, Fresh Garlic, Sea Salt, Stabiliser Xanthan Gum.
220ml
Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use.
