Firm favourite of the chilli sauces, this magical yellow ferment has just returned to the Weymouth 51 line up and it’s safe to say, we’re so happy it’s back!
Put a little zest into your life! By fermenting chilli peppers with lemon, we have created this zesty, tangy and refreshing lemon chilli sauce. Great to drizzle on salads, couscous, chicken and fish or marinade and spice up your Bloody Mary.

Ingredients:
Sweet Peppers, Lemon 21%, Chillies 6%, Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt, Stabiliser Xanthan Gum.

Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use. As we do not add preservatives, natural colour may change over time.
