51 Blend Medium Hot Chilli Sauce is THE signature sauce in the Weymouth 51 line up. Whats with the 51? They grow 51 varieties of chilli pepper and the sauce is truly the best of the best, a blend of some or sometimes all of them!
Cayenne, Facing Heaven, Jalapeño, and Ring of Fire among others, are slowly fermented before blending. This increases complexity of flavour and adds a wonderfully tasty dimension to the sauce. What other chillies go into it? Well each batch of bottles is completely unique - the Weymouth 51 team hand selects the chillies ripe annd ready for each batch so they’re like fine wines, check the vintage! Each batch is unique!
51 Blend is a truly all round table sauce. 50% of each bottle is chilli pepper and the rest is a blend of just a handful of ingredients, so you’ll really get that great chilli flavour in every bite. The medium heat level makes it great to use with whatever you want including kebabs, pizza, chicken, chips, breads, pasta and so much more. Perfect as a table sauce or to add some heat and flavour to dishes you’re cooking.
