White Mausu Peanut Rãyu

White Mausu peanut rayu is a fantastic blend of peanuts, sesame and chilli. Tamari soy sauce gives it a lovely umami depth, which is gently sweetened with agave. Use this warming nutty sauce on breakfast eggs, avocado on toast, or to season a bowl of ramen noodles. Or use it as a dipping sauce for gyoza! 

White Mausu has gained a cult following among spice fanatics, loved for addictive flavour combinations that perfectly balance the fiery heat of chilli oil. Inspired by Hong Kong childhood nostalgia, White Mausu have developed their condiments from the humble beginnings of their Dublin cafe, into a range of versatile sauces and rayus their fans can't get enough of.
