These premium forced rhubarb stems develop a remarkable natural sweetness and subtle complexity that requires 40% less sugar in cooking than standard rhubarb. The unique forcing process creates stems of extraordinary quality-tender, delicate, and free from the stringiness found in ordinary varieties.
