Garlic + Chive creamy cultured cashew cheese. Delicious on fresh, crusty bread or on a cheeseboard. Garlic + Chive, the new tasty cousin of our Original Garlic + Herb. This cheese is creamy, with a slightly crumbly texture and with the flavour of chopped chives and garlic. Delicious on fresh, crusty bread or on a cheeseboard.

Ingredients: Cashew Nuts (62%), Unflavoured Coconut Oil, Water, Natural Culture, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder (1.4%), Salt, Nutritional Yeast, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Mixed Dried Herbs

Storage

Refrigerate 3-6°C, consume within 5 days once opened. Can be frozen up to 2 months. Suitable for freezing - freeze on day on day of delivery and consume within 6 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.
