We have a range of classic red, pink and golden beetroots loved by local restaurant chefs & home cooks for their rich, rounded flavour. They are delicious salt-baked with spices, whizzed up into beetroot houmous, or grated raw into salads.

Golden and rainbow beets both have a distinctive character and flavour that adds interest colour and vibrancy to dishes.
