By fermenting red chilllies and garlic in authentic Hong Kong soy sauce, we have created the most divine dipping sauce into which anything can be dipped. From Spring rolls to spare ribs, or from tofu to Dorset tempura pollack balls!
Ingredients: Chillies, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Garlic, Soy,Sea Salt, Szechuan Peppercorn, Stabiliser Xanthan Gum.
