Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from Honest Toil, available in a light-protecting 1 litre resealable can.

Expect a green oil with a peppery punch and grassy flavour. It has a fantastically low acidity of ~0.25%, due to it being early harvest "agourelleo" olive oil, and with a polyphenol count of ~540mg/kg, thanks in part to the long dry summer.

Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil from their family farm in Messinia, Greece. This oil is cold-pressed, without the use of heated machinery and is simply 100% crushed olives from the recent harvest.
