Shawarma is a popular middle eastern street food, typically featuring meat marinated in a whole array of spices and slowly roasted vertically on a vertical skewer before typically being served in a pita alongside hummus, pickles and vegetables.

Our Shawarma spice blend contains, a wide variety of aromatic spices, carefully blended by hand. It can be used on any cut of meat, vegetables (charred aubergine especially) or fish to create a full flavoured marinade.

Dust liberally, add a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of good olive oil and lemon, happy grilling.
