HOW TO USE: We recommend looking up a video tutorial for this product!

Lightly sweep the gua sha from your chin to jawline, using gentle pressure and use even strokes moving towards the ears and then down the neck. Repeat 3 times. Do the same gentle sweeping motion from alongside the nose across the sinus passage in a curl upward and outward toward the ear. Repeat 3 times before doing the same on the other side of the face. Lastly, work on the neck and jawline, beginning with the gua sha at the chin and drawing it gently down and outward toward towards the collarbone area and along the jaw up to the ear.
