Organic, gluten free conchiglie pasta made in Italy from a blend of corn and rice flour. With a great taste and texture it provides a delicious gluten free alternative you can use in your favourite pasta dishes, free from dairy, eggs and wheat, suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
To cook: Bring to the boil a litre of salted water for every 100g of pasta. Carefully add the pasta, allowing 75g per person, and cook for 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Taste & continue to cook to your preference.
Ingredients: Organic corn flour (70%) and rice flour (30%)
