Multigrain sourdough bread is made following a traditional and simple recipe, with our own blend of Italian flour and seeds (Sunflower, Rye, Flax, Barley, Sesame Wheat, and Durum Wheat) which gives the bread a great taste and texture. The 24 hours of slow fermentation makes it light and easy to digest
