Perello Manzanilla Picante Olives 350g

Perelló Manzanilla Picante Olives 350g are plump, medium sized, green and buttery pitted Spanish olives packed in a 350g tin with a spicy brine infused with pickled guindilla chillies. A true Spanish icon of the tapas service.

Medium sized, green, pitted Manzanilla olives have a good proportion of flesh to stone. They have a mild, gently bitter flavour which harmonises well with the spicy marinade, which gets its heat from chopped pieces of pickled guindilla chillies. The Manzanilla olive is a quintessential Spanish olive and the most popular table olive in Spain and fantastic with a martini.
