Peter's Yard Selection of Sourdough Crackers - 250g
These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with Peter’s Yard signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and poppy and sunflower seeds. Savour the crunch with your choice of cheeseboard or homemade dips. This selection of firm favourites is designed to accompany any cheeseboard and contains three individually wrapped trays.

Rosemary & Sea Salt - Wheat flour (Wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), rye flour, sourdough 21% (rye flour, water), rapeseed oil, sea salt (Cornish) 1%, muscovado sugar, dried rosemary leaves 0.5%, dried thyme leaves, black pepper.
Pumpkin & Sunflower Seed - Wheat flour [wheat flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), malted wheat flakes, malted wheat grains, malted barley flour], sourdough 14% (rye flour, water), seeds 8% (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds), rapeseed oil, rye flour, oatmeal, muscovado sugar, sea salt.
Rye & Charcoal - Wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), rye flour 21%, sourdough 21% (rye flour, water), rapeseed oil, muscovado sugar, charcoal 2%, sea salt.
