Inspired by traditional French vinaigrettes, this dressing blends Dijon mustard, garlic, and Provençal herbs with the richness of real olive oil. Made in the UK in small batches, it delivers bold flavour with a clean, modern finish. Unlike many dressings that rely on refined seed oils, this is crafted using only extra virgin olive oil and carefully selected ingredients, giving it a fuller, more natural taste.

Drizzle over crisp green salads or roasted vegetables Use as a marinade, toss through warm potatoes or grains. Pair with griddled halloumi or bbq charred summer veggies.
