Ready To Roll Marzipan

Naturally Coloured Marzipan - Choose your size of serve depending on your cake size. Just the top? Sides as well? Love Marzipan but hate icing?

We recommend 500g to cover up to a 7'' (18cm) round cake. 600g for an 8” cake and 750g if you want sides as well.

This ready to roll marzipan is a great time saver for those busy bakers. The smooth marzipan is of a natural colour and is perfect for covering or modelling. Made from a traditional blend of the finest almonds, giving it its distinctive taste.

Knead marzipan until pliable and roll out to a thickness of approx. 5mm (1/4 inch), on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar.  Coat cake with a thin layer of buttercream or boiled and cooled apricot jam. Cover with marzipan and trim away any excess with a sharp knife.  Allow to dry for 24 hours before icing.
