Tamarind is one of our most frequently requested culinary items. Tricky to find fresh, this paste is a handy store cupboard alternative.
Thai cuisine is famous for blending sweet, salty, spicy, sour and bitter flavours in one dish. Extracted from the pod of the tamarind tree, this paste is used in Asian dishes to add a superb tangy and sour flavour. Use instead of lime juice in Thai dishes for an authentic taste.
This product is Gluten-free and is Vegan.
