Turkish No1 Adana Turkish Kebab Spice Blend

A spicy Turkish kebab of minced lamb grilled on skewers has roots in the Southern Turkish city of Adana and dates back potentially to the 12th century and nomadic grilling traditions.

This wonderful aromatic blend contains Aleppo Chilli, Sweet Red Pepper and Sumac for balance, amongst other delicious spices.

Simply mix with minced lamb (vegan sausage mix, seitan mince or beef) and form into Kofte kebabs. Also great for marinating vegetables, especially aubergines.
