Baked to traditional recipe, this Italian panettone cake is gluten free without candied fruit and raisins but with a delectable pistachio cream filling.
Ingredients: corn starch, butter (milk), sugar, egg yolk, eggs, water, yeast, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, vegetable fibres (psyllium and inulin), thickener: guar, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, fructose, flavours, salt, preservative: sorbic acid, corn malt extract. Filling 20%: Glucose syrup, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Skimmed milk powder, Eggs, Pistachio paste (6%), Flavours, Thickener: Pectin, Preservative: Potassium sorbate.
Contains eggs and milk. May contain traces of nuts.
