Quick & easy, Suitable for vegans and Gluten Free.
This flatbread mix is made with gluten-free flour, and can make between 6-8 delicious flatbreads. They can be cooked in a frying pan or griddle, and are served with curries or soups. A great accompliments to your favoute dishes.
Need to add 7g yeast, olive oil and 150ml water to make your dough.
Proving time 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Plain Flour (90%) (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Raising Agent (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Egg Replacer (Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Cream of Tartar, Xanthan Gum, Methylcellulose), Coconut Blossom Sugar, Sea Salt.
