We offer a range of shipping options and speeds to ensure your deliveries arrive when you need them. We use a range of couriers to get your orders out to you as fast as possible.

Priority Shipping is offered via DPD only using our Next Day delivery (1-2 Days) service.

Once your order has been ordered and despatched by our team, please follow the emailed instruction and track your order using the information provided by the courier.

Current order despatch is 3-5 working days for non-priority orders.

UK Delivery Advice:

Current delivery times may be longer due to national driver shortages and Royal Mail strike actions affecting courier usage. Thank you for your patience during this extremely busy period.

Please note, we are currently experiencing occasional courier delays affecting online order delivery times, in particular with Royal Mail services.

Current order despatch is 1-3 days & current delivery time is 5-7 days.

We use DPD / Royal Mail / Evri for all UK courier and delivery services.

Weymouth & Portland Spring Delivery Dates as follows:

6 March - Weymouth & Portland

13 March (in place of 20 March due to staff holidays) - Weymouth Only

20 March - NO DELIVERY

27 March - Weymouth & Portland

3 April - Weymouth Only

10 April - Weymouth & Portland

You will be sent an email confirming despatch once your order has been fulfilled by our team and passed to the courier.

Local Delivery Information (DT3 DT4 DT5)

Local Delivery Day DT3 DT4 : Thursdays 6:30pm - 8:30pm. DT5: fortnightly delivery Thursdays.

Local Orders Cut Off Time

In order for our team to pick, weigh and pack your delivery, we request all orders for THURSDAY DELIVERY are received NO LATER THAN 7PM WEDNESDAY.

Orders placed after cut offs are not permitted for delivery by our system for the next day service. They will be delivered the following Thursday.

Should all our delivery route be full by the time your order is placed, we will contact you to rearrange.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY - UK & WORLDWIDE

UK Standard (3-5 working days) - £4.95 or free for deliveries £50 and over.
UK Standard (3-5 working days) over £50* - FREE
UK Next Day Delivery: Available Tuesday to Friday, for orders placed Monday to Thursday by 1pm (1-2 day despatch) - £6.95
If your order is placed after the daily cut off time, your order will be prioritized to the next available delivery slot.

UK - We ship across the entire UK MAINLAND ONLY (excludes Scottish Highlands)

LOCAL DELIVERY - WEYMOUTH & PORTLAND

LOCAL DELIVERY £15 minimum order £2.95

*Large / heavy (greater than 10Kg) orders may be sent via a courier service upon quotation. Please email hello@southwestcoast.co.uk for bulk delivery services.

We do not ship beyond the UK at this time.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PACKAGING

You will receive your order either in reused, recyclable or biodegradable packaging. We commonly use fully biodegradable packing peanuts to protect Jars and Tinned products. These are plant based and soluble. Most orders are sent plastic-free as standard. If you receive ANY plastic in your parcel it will be from reused packaging (for example plastic tape that was already on the parcel or a bubble wrap from a product return that is being reused).
