Collection is from our Weymouth store only (29 St Thomas Street, DT4 8EJ). You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Please collect within 7 days — uncollected orders will be cancelled and a £3.95 handling fee deducted from your refund. Uncollected food orders are non-refundable.

Once your order has been ordered and despatched by our team, please follow the emailed instruction and track your order using the information provided by the courier.

If you have not received your parcel, not received tracking information or your tracking is indicating no movement for 48 hours, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience during busy periods. If we experience courier delays or courier issues, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier service.

We offer a range of shipping options and speeds to ensure your deliveries arrive when you need them. We use a range of couriers to get your orders out to you as fast as possible.

General Delivery Information

Orders placed Monday to Thursday by 1pm will be despatched the same day where possible.

If your order is placed after the daily cut off time, your order will be prioritised to the next available delivery slot.

We use Royal Mail / Evri / DPD for all UK courier and delivery services.

Please request your tracking information in the event of a missing parcel.

You will be sent an email confirming despatch once your order has been fulfilled by our team and passed to the courier.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PACKAGING

You will receive your order either in reused, recyclable or biodegradable packaging. We commonly use fully biodegradable packing peanuts to protect Jars and Tinned products. These are plant based and soluble. Most orders are sent plastic-free as standard. If you receive ANY plastic in your parcel it will be from reused packaging (for example plastic tape that was already on the parcel or a bubble wrap from a product return that is being reused).

Local Delivery - Weymouth + Portland

LOCAL DELIVERY £15 minimum order £2.95

We offer Local Delivery across DT3, DT4 and DT5 postcodes.
Our delivery day is Thursday, between 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Please note we deliver to
DT5 fortnightly - please enquire when your next delivery day is by emailing hello@southwestcoast.co.uk if you are not a frequent customer.
If we have no availability on our route and are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you via email.

In order for our team to pick, weigh and pack your delivery, we request all orders for THURSDAY DELIVERY are received NO LATER THAN 7PM WEDNESDAY.

Orders placed after cut offs are not permitted for delivery by our system for the next day service. They will be delivered the following Thursday.

Should all our delivery route be full by the time your order is placed, we will contact you to rearrange.
