Shop Protocol
We are continuing to permit customer containers from home, providing containers supplied are fit for purpose.
Please use the hand sanitiser stations provided on entry and prior to refilling.
Please make yourself known to one of the team who will assist you.
Please be respectful of other customers and our staff.
We will serve you any items that need to be decanted from jars eg spices and herbs if you require assistance.
Refills
We encourage you to bring your containers from home for refill. Please make sure they do not leak & are clean and fit for purpose. Shop refilling will be done either by shop staff or by customers. If you are filling your own containers, please ensure you sanitise your hands thoroughly at the sanitise station prior to refilling. Please adhere to social distancing regulations and be respectful of others while awaiting your order.
