Our beautiful fair trade felt placemats have been handstitched using felt balls. These stunning wool felt coasters are made by handstitching felt balls together. Use them as a coaster, vase mat or for displaying your treasures. They are an object of loveliness - a beautiful addition to your sustainable home!

The placemats can been used as a coaster for your favourite mug or cup, or we love to use them to display our favourite plant!

WHY WE LOVE THEM

Made with great skill and to the highest quality by a fantastic team of fair trade craftspeople in Nepal.

They use solar power in their factory and use purified run off rain water in their production process. They are coloured using Azo Free dyes, which means they are free of chemicals and toxins.

Wool is a natural insulator, with high breathability, and it resists odours due to its natural antibacterial properties. Wool is one of the most sustainable fabrics in existence; renewable and biodegradable, it requires relatively little water for its production.
