Harissa inspired by Egypt travels, served over Kushari – a sort of rice, lentil and pasta dish and we fell in love with it. This harissa is fiery and intensely aromatic adding intense flavour to all sorts of dishes like tagines, couscous, dips, sauces or even fish.
Ingredients: Red Chilli 31%, Garlic 23%, Onions, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Smoked Paprika, Ginger, Salt, Ground Coriander, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Cumin, Fennel Seeds.
